On Wednesday, the Campania club officially announced the resolution for the capital increase, approved by judicial administrators Salvatore Scarpa and Mario Ferrara. This operation is crucial for ensuring the continuity of the club and its participation in the Serie B championship. The registration for the championship must be finalized by Tuesday, June 16. With this move, the hypothesis of Bari's repromotion is also closed. The official statement from S.S. Juve Stabia 1907 confirmed that on June 1, 2026, the capital increase operation was decided. During the Extraordinary Assembly, the subscription for the capital increase was carried out, allowing Guerri to gain control of the club.
