Juve Stabia has a new owner: Alfredo Guerri. The entrepreneur, already the title sponsor of Napoli Basket, submitted a letter of interest that was approved by the prevention measures section of the Naples Court. This decision comes at a critical time for the club, which is under controlled administration due to alleged mafia infiltrations. The recapitalization of Juve Stabia is essential to ensure its participation in the upcoming Serie B 2026-27 season.

The Naples Court has mandated a capital increase of 6.9 million euros, necessary for registration in the league. After the current owner renounced the recapitalization, two offers were submitted, including Guerri's, who won the acquisition of the yellow-blue club. The decision to entrust Juve Stabia to Guerri was also supported by the mayor of Castellammare di Stabia, Luigi Vicinanza, who expressed confidence in the new owner.

Juve Stabia reached the playoff semifinals this year, demonstrating good potential despite administrative difficulties. With Alfredo Guerri's arrival, the club hopes to turn a new page and build a solid future in Serie B. The local community and fans are eagerly waiting to see how Guerri will lead Juve Stabia in the coming years, at a crucial moment in the club's history.
