The official statement from Juve Stabia on Polcino's resignation was published on the club's website. "The S. S. Juve Stabia 1907 announces that the Executive President of the Board of Directors Filippo Polcino, in a press conference, has resigned from his position pending clarification on the possible transfer of shares"

President Polcino wanted to provide clarification and explain his motivations. "Tonight I felt it necessary to intervene after everything that happened today and I'm also tired of the constant emergency situation. I want to thank the great work being done by the judicial administrators, I affirm with certainty that if they hadn't arrived, maybe today Juve Stabia wouldn't exist anymore"
