Juve Stabia has approved the capital increase to meet FIGC parameters. The club is waiting for the new hearing for ownership on June 10. The decision was made today at the Naples Tribunal. The judicial administrators represented that on June 1, 2026, before Notary Stefano Borrelli, the capital increase of the company to euro 6,901,000 was approved, in order to allow the respect of the FIGC parameters necessary for the registration in the Serie B sports championship 2026-2027. The request for recapitalization was addressed, first of all, to Mr. Francesco Agnello, as legally still holder of the shares of Stabia Capital S.r.l., setting as the ultimate deadline for compliance the hours 23:59 of Monday, June 8, and then to the two companies that presented a manifestation of interest and present in the first session. The Tribunal has set the hearing update to Wednesday, June 10 at 12:30.
